Chapter's Purpose

The purpose of the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia is:

  • Bringing together people interested in the history of Germans from Russia.
  • Discovery and preservation of the history and culture of the Germans from Russia.
  • Building of your family genealogical tree.
  • Meeting and sharing experiences with people who share your German from Russia culture.

Chapter Meetings

Meetings are held 6 times a year in member's homes, on the third Sunday afternoons of a month, starting in January. There is a potluck dinner beginning at defined times (1-2 p.m. usually) followed by a business meeting, and then any special program presentation for that meeting. Call any Chapter Officer for location of meetings.
