Kathy Shepard is Accounting Clerk. She records and deposits all monies received at Headquarters, pays bills, tracks investment accounts and constructs all the financial reports for both the Foundation and the Society. She also maintains the Society's personnel records, accounting records, and inventory. Kathy is the one who ensures that all donations are handled properly and that all donors are given a receipt and a proper "thank you". Kathy has fifteen years accounting experience before coming to AHSGR.

Diane White is our Office Manager. She handles all Member records and is in the process of installing new Membership software to expand our overall capability. Diane coordinates the translations requests from members to ensure that the work goes to our dedicated group of translators. Diane is a Lincoln native that can trace her ancestry to the Village of Norka.
