Seeking family of Alexander ALBRAND, born 1892-93(?), Saratov, Volga. He is the uncle of Emma SCHOTT, born October 24, 1923 in Saratov. Her mother, Alexander’s sister, was Katerina Albrand, (b. Sept. 9, 1890). Their father was Jakob Albrand. Alexander immigrated to America with his parents, no date known. In Chicago he concluded his training for pastor in 1929, and married the daughter of a pastor, Maria. Looking for Alexander and Maria Albrand’s children. 

Seeking family of Michael ANTONOVICH, born in 1918. His children, Anatolii MIKAILOVICH (b. 1940) and Lilia MIKHAILOVNA (1946). In 1944 this family lived in Nikolaev, Ukraine. Have a photograph from 1957, received from the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

Seeking American relatives: BAUER. Susanne Bauer BASGAL, born August 17, 1907 (though identity card reads August 12, 1908) in Rothammel seeks family of her brother Johannes Bauer. He immigrated to Canada approximately 1905, and then went on to Sterling, Colorado. Supposedly had 11 children, eldest son Alexander, and one daughter became a nun.  

Seeking American relatives: BECKER (BÄCKER). Grandmother Maria Johannovna Wagner Becker of Bauer, Saratov, Russia. Looking for children of relatives who went to America in early 1900’s: FRIEDRICHOVNA / WAGNER. Six brothers and sisters: Christina, Anna, Catherina, Amalia, Elisabetha, and Henry.  

Seeking family of Peter and Josef BEIER, brothers, of Kamenka. They had a sister Anna Marie Beier Schneider. One went to South America, the other to Canada. They are Catholic.  

Seeking descendants of Konrad Filip BENNER’S siblings: a sister whose name was Maria Benner, born about 1887; and a brother named Johanes Benner, born about 1890. Their brother, Konrad Filip was born in 1888. The Benner family was from the village of Yagodnaya Polyana. Johanes, Konrad Filip, Maria, and their father, Filipp immigrated to North America where they went to Canada. Maria married in North America (husband’s name unknown), and sometime between 1920 and 1934 she may have lived in Washington (?); most of her years, however, were spent in Canada. Filipp and his son, Konrad Filip returned to Russia.  

Seeking family of Voldemar (Volfgang) BERNER, born 1890. His parents were Michael Berner (b. approx. 1850/60, d. approx. 1915/17) and Liza Berner. They had six children, Voldemar, Eleonor Berner MASTROSOVA, Vilgelm, Rudolf, George, and Lidia. Voldemar graduated from St. Petersburg University in 1925. A child of Eleonor is named Evgeniy Mastrosov, who was born in Belaya Tcherkov, near Kiev.  

Seeking family of Hanjak (?) BERNHARDT, b. 1875-1880, wife’s maiden name also Bernhardt, of Pallaskovka, Volga. They had three children. They left between 1912-1915 and went to Buenos Aires, Brazil.  

Seeking descendants of Katharina Elisabet [Elisabeth?] BITTER and husband, Konrad Bitter; and Katharina Elisabet’s sister, Paulina Bitter and husband, Heinrich MARGUS. They were all from Lauwe, Volga. Katharina Elisabet and Paulina had another sister named Scharlota, who stayed in Russia with her husband, Johannes BAUER. The daughter’s father was Johan-Peter Bitter, and Johannes Bauer’s father was Gottlieb Bauer. Johannes Bauer’s sister married a pastor whose surname was GRASMICK, and the family in Russia received their last correspondence and photo from that family between 1925 and 1927. Also seeking a woman who was a friend of this family whose maiden name was EKHART, most likely from Lauwe, Volga. Ms. Ekhart went to Fresno (?), California sometime between 1913 and 1917. The others may have also gone to Fresno, CA.  

Seeking family of Katharina BRÜHL, born 1880, from Ober-Monjou, Volga. She immigrated to America in1920. Her father was Josef, and her brothers were Alexander and Jakob.  

Seeking descendants of Tine (?) BUCHHOLZ, nee NAGEL, born in 1862; and her daughter, Genia (?) born in 1890.  

Seeking descendants of Johannes, known as “Hannes”, and Josef DIEHL / DIEL, from Kamenka, Volga. Believed to gave immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1912, but may only have been temporary. Josef Diehl/Diel’s son’s name is also Josef Diehl/Diel; unknown if he is still living. Georg Diehl/Diel is a brother of Johannes and Josef who also went to America, returned to Russia in 1917 with wife to help his father in Kamenka. Georg was then unable to go back to America. Also sought is Mary Katherine Diehl/Diel, who perhaps was from Pfeifer, Volga and went to Topeka, Kansas. This may be the wife of Georg, Johannes or Josef.  

Seeking immediate family of David Dav (?) DIRKS; also surnames FEDERAU and DÜCK are part of the family sought. The villages regarding these surnames and David Dirks are Consolswalde (district unknown); Gnadenfeld, Molochna; Gnadental, Molochna; Halbstadt, Molochna; Marienwohl, Molochna; Brenkenhofswalde and Franztal (now in Poland); and Wintersdorf on the Weichsel/Wisla River (now called Przechowka (?) in Polish). 

Seeking descendants of Elisabetha DREITH, daughter of Johann Peter. All of Elisabetha’s siblings were born either in Balzer or in Beideck, Volga. Among the siblings who immigrated to America were two sisters: Amalia LAUCK, nee Dreith went to Wheatland, Wyoming. She was born about 1882 and immigrated sometime after 1904. The names of her eight children are Alexander, Benjamin, Eduard, Helmina, Hermann, Klara, Lydia, and Maria. The name of her husband is unknown. Amalia’s and Elisabetha’s sister, Anna-Maria GROSS, nee Dreith went to Denver, Colorado. She and her husband, August had children, no names known. Anna-Maria died 4 May 1965.  

Seeking family of Josef EBEL, of Shcherbakovka, born 1876. His father’s name was Johann, his sister Paulina HAAK was born 1872. He came to America alone sometime between 1917-1920.  

Seeking descendants of Johannes David EHRLICH and his sister, Marie/Marija. Their parents were David Bochdanovitch Ehrlich, b.1868 in Schilling, Volga and Elisabet [Elisabeth?] Fridrichovna MAIER, b. 14 November 1872, perhaps in Balzer. Johannes and Marie/Marija’s sister was Emma Ehrlich nee ROOT. Johannes and Marie/Marija immigrated to America in 1912. Maybe went to Los Angeles, California for some time. Johannes married an American woman named Anna and they lived in Detroit, Michigan with their two children, Robert David Johannes, b. about 1922, and Doratee [Dorothy?]. Marie/Marija b. 1895 in Shcherbakovka, Volga, and married Peter Stepanovitsch SCHEIKIN, who was from the area surrounding Balzer, Volga. PHOTO AVAILABLE  

Seeking family of Ankhen (Anna) Fyodorovna FRITSCH, born 1898 in Astrakhan. Her husband was Kjarim (?) SHAKHMURADOV, from Baku. It is believed her family left Astrakhan around 1920 or so, before or during the revolution, and probably went to America. 

Seeking family of Kristofor (Krigory) GÖTTE, born in 1895 in Dobrinka. His parents were: Josef Götte and Ekatherina Elisaweta Götte. They immigrated to America in 1910-1912. The last contact was a letter in 1927. 

Seeking family of Egor HOCK, born 1870 in Zaporozye, Ukraine. He went to America with his brother 1912-1913.  

Seeking families of Friedrich HUBER (b. 1890) and his sister Amalie Huber (b. 1885). The oldest of five siblings, they immigrated to Chicago from Dobrinka, about 1910. As far is known, Friedrich had three sons and two daughters. The youngest daughter was born between 1925-1930, and is named Milda, (maiden name Huber).  

Seeking Susanna, Marie, and Vera KISSNER (KISTNER), or families. These sisters’ parents were Johan Kissner and Berwell LELL. Vera’s married name is JAKOWENKO. They were from the village of Pfeifer.  

Seeking family of Marlies (or Marie-Luise) KISTER – HILL, born 1886(?), in Brunnenthal. She had sisters: Katrina –Margaretha Kister GROTH, and Maria Kister WIRTENBERGER. Their parents were Jorg and Margaretha Kister. Daughter of Katrina Groth is Emilie Groth KLIPPERT, born 1913 in Brunnental. Marlies Hill immigrated to America in the early 1900’s. 

Seeking family of Georg Georgievich KLEIN (b.1874), and wife Maria Catharina (b.1875). Children: Heinrich Klein (b.1896) and Freidrich Klein (b.1898?). From Neu-Frank, Saratov. Believed to have immigrated in 1921 to America, where Georg was a lumber worker.
